Do you provide International delivery?

 

We currently only delivery around Johannesburg. We can make arrangements to deliver outside of Johannesburg. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Note custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is an error. Design Code will rectify the fault. Find our exact terms for custom-made orders. To start your process get in touch with our team.

 

What is your guarantee?

 

Once delivered - a 1 year guarantee is applicable if any manufacturing defects occur. Please note: he damage or wear is not covered under manufacturing defects and items must kept indoors and maintained.

How do I track my order?

 

Simply contact us with your order number and we will help you track your order. Please have your order ready. 

 

How long will my order take?

 

We attempt to ensure that every order is dispatched as quickly as possible. However, our products are made to order and some will come with longer lead times than others. Please check the description of the item you are ordering as this will let you know what lead time is to be expected.

 

How will I receive my orders?

 

If you have ordered multiple items, these may arrive in separate deliveries. Design Code works with multiple warehouses and sometimes need to dispatch your order from a few different locations.
